The tavern-grill was opened in 1967 by "grandpa Yiannis" Tsampoulas and, along the way, his son, Vassilis, took over with his family.
During the first years of the store's operation, the butcher's shop, which is now located a few meters above, was housed in the same area.

Yiannis Tsampoulas came from a large cattle-breeding family, as did his bride, Mrs. Katerina. After all, the reason why Pramanta is called by many as "kopsidochori" is due to the livestock tradition that the area has maintained for many years.
